Responsible for leading Cranemasters human resources functions, programs, and staff. Responsible for ensuring that Cranemasters is resourced to effectively meet current and future workforce demands, provides “best in class” benefits programs, ensures continuous improvement in HRIS systems and focuses on talent development to build and sustain a high performance and positive culture.
Acts as a key advisor to the Leadership team, works collaboratively with all departments and demonstrates commitment to safety, professionalism, and fair and consistent application of all policies.
Ensures that all activities are carried out in a safe, effective, professional, and efficient manner so as to protect employees and the assets of the Company.
